Our Comprehension Aptitude Range is a suite of tests for use at operational, commercial, customer and administrative level.
The Comprehension Aptitude Range consists of large banks of Verbal Comprehension, Numerical Comprehension and Error Checking items. They are designed to provide a realistic set of work-relevant questions aligned to the target group, providing a more positive candidate experience.
With a range of aptitude assessments on offer, users have the flexibility of having alternative tests for different levels and roles within the organisation. It’s important that content is relevant to the target group, that’s why our tests have been designed to reflect information that is appropriate for operational, customer and administration roles respectively.

Swift Comprehension
A combination test based on verbal (4 minutes), numerical (4 minutes) and error checking (2 minutes) sub-tests, proven to be predictive of workplace performance.

A combination test based on verbal (12 minutes) and numerical (12 minutes) sub-tests, for an assessment of critical reasoning skills.
Completion Time: 12 minutes

A series of three single tests of verbal comprehension, numerical comprehension and error checking. Each test is shorter than the industry standard whilst maintaining robust reliability and validity.
